The refunding bonds, series 2013 are a refinance of prior bonds. This series will expire in 2026.

The 2014 General Obligation Bond funds were used for the construction of the new canopy and entry at Wes-Del Middle/High School. This bond will expire in 2026.

The 2018 Lease Bond was used to construct the Warrior Fieldhouse, Weightroom, and Health Room at Wes-Del Middle/High School. The funds were also used to renovate Wes-Del Elementary, including two new classrooms, an administrative office, a library, and adult restrooms.

The 2023 Lease Bond was used to construct the new Warrior Track and Field Facility, Renovate Paul L. Parker Field, and renovate the Warrior Baseball and Softball fields.

The proposed $900,000 General Obligation Bond funds will be used for facilities. Proposed uses are the following:

• Relining of the Sewage Collection System at Wes-Del Middle/High School

• Well repair and new connection of 1999 athletic well to the Wes-Del Middle/High School

• New bladder tank at Wes-Del High School

• Parking lot repair, reseal, and re-striping at Wes-Del Middle/High School

• Sidewalk repairs at Wes-Del Middle/High School

• Roof repairs at Wes-Del Middle/High School

• Server room HVAC at Wes-Del Middle/High School
